🧵 Cotton Fabric Care Instructions

  • Advisable first wash DC
  • Wash cotton garments in cold or lukewarm water (30–40°C) to maintain color and shape.
  • Use a mild detergent; avoid strong bleach as it weakens fibers.
  • For bright/dark colors, wash separately to prevent color bleeding.
  • Turn clothes inside out before washing to reduce fading.
  • Line dry in shade; avoid direct harsh sunlight to prevent discoloration.
  • Iron on medium to high heat when slightly damp for best results.
  • Store in a cool, dry place, preferably folded to avoid stretching.

Silk Fabric Care Instructions

  • Prefer dry cleaning for longevity, especially for heavily embellished silk.
  • If handwashing, use cold water with a few drops of mild detergent or baby shampoo.
  • Do not wring or twist; gently press out excess water using a clean towel.
  • Always air dry in shade; avoid direct sunlight and machine drying.
  • Iron on low heat (silk setting) from the reverse side, using a thin cloth as a barrier.
  • Store silk in a breathable cotton/muslin bag, not in plastic, to allow airflow.
  • Keep away from perfumes and deodorants as they may stain or damage fibers.
