2. Order Cancellation & Modification

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

This includes:

  • Order cancellation

  • Change of size

  • Change of product

  • Change of delivery address

Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide a clear, continuous video recording of the parcel being opened

  • The video must show:

    • The sealed package

    • The unboxing process

    • The damaged or defective item clearly

We may request additional photos or videos for verification.

Resolution:

  • If approved, we will arrange a replacement

  • If the same item or size is unavailable, a refund may be issued at our sole discretion

Claims without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

4. Right to Refuse Requests

We reserve the right to reject any refund or replacement request if:

  • The request does not meet the conditions stated in this policy

  • Proof provided is incomplete or invalid

  • The request appears fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious

Our decision in such cases shall be final.
